The Walsh Academy will be the first school of its kind in Illinois focused on preparing special education students to enter high-demand, high-paying jobs in the trades. It is a fully approved ISBE Nonpublic Facility serving male and female students, grades 9-12+, with the following disabilities: Emotional Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Specific Learning Disabilities, Other Health Impairment, Autism, and Multiple Disabilities.
