Walsh Sr. Academy & Career Tech High School has volunteer opportunities for alumni, gardeners or community members with expertise in any of our curriculum offerings. Careers
The Walsh Academy will be the first school of its kind in Illinois focused on preparing special education students to enter high-demand, high-paying jobs in the trades. It is a fully approved ISBE Nonpublic Facility serving male and female students, grades 9-12+, with the following disabilities: Emotional Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Specific Learning Disabilities, Other Health Impairment, Autism, and Multiple Disabilities.
